In water purification, it is important that impurities are removed and additional contamination is managed effectively. This is the reason we employ modern technologies in our water purification process.
Microfiltration
Microfiltration is mainly used as a pretreatment step in the production of drinking water. This process involves the removal of suspended solids or colloidal components through a microporous membrane with an applied pressure.
Nanofiltration
Nanofiltration is a filtration process using a nanoporous membrane that is used in waters with low total dissolved solids. The process uses a pressure-controlled membrane with the ability to repel ionic or molecular molecules.
Ultra Violet disinfection
Our Ultra Violet disinfection usually involves the use of UV light produced by a highly-powered UV lamp. These UV rays penetrate the bodies of pathogens to deactivate them. These rays have the ability to kill 99.9% of the microorganisms.
Ultrafiltration
This process uses hydrostatic pressure to force water against a semi-permeable membrane. This semi-permeable membrane helps in removing bacteria and different types of microorganisms and bad odor in the water.
Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis system involves a simple water filtration mechanism. The process includes the passage of water through a semi-permeable membrane. The membrane blocks the dissolved solutes that contaminate water.
Storage tanks & Packaging
The main concern when storing purified water is the degradation of water quality over time. Our storage tanks are designed to provide effective protection against airborne contaminants. We use a super-efficient sachet packaging machine to package the water.
